Cervical spine consists of series of bones which are connected with each other forming back and neck. The spinal cord is enclosed by the spinal canal which runs through the vertebrae.

At the later stage it is also possible that a patient does not have any control on the excretion of urine and the contents of the bowel. This cervical spinal stenosis symptom may appear rapidly or develop gradually.

Generally, if the patients have severe pain or they face difficulty in walking then they require surgery.
